Massage & Acupuncture
Whether for relaxation, treatment of an acute condition, relief from chronic pain, or even injury prevention, Massage Therapy & Acupuncture treatments are an important part of a healthcare routine. Massage & Acupuncture stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, increasing circulation and releasing endorphins to promote healing, decrease pain, and improve function.

Treatment Journey
Assessment
Your treatment will start with a clinical history along with specific physical tests and measurements, such as flexibility or range of motion. These findings will help to establish an appropriate line of treatment. Together, we will explore your current abilities and functional needs so your treatment is consistent with your goals.
Treatment
In order to attain the best possible results I offer a variety of treatment modalities, including: Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Manual Lymph Drainage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Myofascial Release and Stretching, Joint Mobilization, and Deep Tissue Massage.
At Home care
Maintaining results and preventing future dysfunction goes further than the treatment room. To ensure we achieve lasting results, it is often necessary to a incorporate a self administered at home program; therapeutic exercise, postural changes, relaxation exercises, stretching, or hydrotherapy treatments.
continued care
Often you will feel much better after only one or two treatments, but sometimes recurrence of pain or dysfunction is unavoidable. In this case, regular maintenance treatments can be very beneficial. In fact, the effects of Acupuncture actually increase with regular treatments.
